Endeavor Health seeks a Charge Registered Nurse for the Surgery/OR at Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL. This full-time role (36 hours/week) runs 6:30a–7p with rotating on-call including nights, weekends and holidays.

The RN will deliver comprehensive nursing care, assess patients, and lead a care team to achieve unit goals. Requirements include IL RN licensure, BLS/CPR, ACLS/PALS within set timelines, and a BSN within five years.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license and CPR/BLS certification.
• BSN preferred or to be completed within 5 years.
• ACLS and PALS required within defined time frames.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care and direct patient care tasks.
• Assess patient condition, plan and evaluate care; document findings.
• Delegate tasks and collaborate with the care team to meet unit goals.

Hourly Pay Range:$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. Employing critical thinking skills, assesses patients’ condition, recognizes deviations, plans and evaluates care, monitors patients’ progress, and records pertinent observations. Delegates appropriate patient care tasks to other staff. Functions as a team member to fulfill unit goals.
