Job summary

Parkway Surgery Center in Henderson, NV is hiring a Registered Nurse OR Circulator on a PRN basis. The RN will position and prep the patient, circulate the case, and deliver nursing care throughout the surgical procedure.

The ideal candidate focuses on exceptional patient service, flexibility, and infection control while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Monday–Friday schedule; no on-call, nights, weekends, or holidays required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current unrestricted RN license to practice in Nevada.
• 1+ year of OR Circulator experience; orthopedic procedures preferred.
• ACLS and PALS certifications accredited by AHA.

Parkway Surgery Center is Hiring a Registered Nurse OR Circulator - PRN

Parkway Surgery Center is a fast-paced, multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) environment committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families.

Being able to work at least 6 shifts per month is required.

Job Summary:

• The Registered Nurse OR Circulator provides nursing care and service during surgery cases.
• The RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case.
• Ideal candidate will be focused on excellent customer service, have the ability to multi-task, the ability to show flexibility in assignments, maintain scrupulous infection control standards, maintain professional competencies and have the ability to work as part of an interdependent multidisciplinary team.
• Responsible for helping our surgical patients through their inpatient stay, providing basic care needs.

Monday-Friday work schedule

NO call required

NO Nights, NO Weekends, NO Holiday work hours

Required Skills:

• Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
• Must have a current unrestricted RN license to practice in Nevada.
• 1+ years of experience working as an OR Circulator required. Need experience working Orthopedic procedures
• ACLS and PALS certification accredited by AHA.
