Job summary

UPMC Mercy, a Level 1 Trauma and Burn Center, seeks dedicated nurses to join our Main Operating Room team. You’ll deliver high-quality, patient-centered perioperative care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team using Relationship-Based Care principles.

Open to new graduates and experienced nurses; UPMC offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus, $20,000 loan repayment, flexible scheduling (8, 10, or 12 hours), generous PTO and holidays, tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 per year, and clear nursing
