Qualifications
- Active RN license in Missouri

This position involves providing high-quality, patient-centered peri-operative care as a Registered Nurse in the surgical setting. You will evaluate patients prior to surgery, educate patients and families, prepare patients for procedures, and participate in surgical site verification and safety protocols.
Assess and monitor patient conditions, respond to emergencies, document care thoroughly, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including surgeons and technologists. You will independently deliver safe nursing care, applying critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership skills.
RN licensure, with Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) within 30 days and Advanced Life Support (ACLS) within six months. Predictable scheduling, continuous equipment investment, and a culture of mutual respect are emphasized.
