Position Responsibilities:

In this position, you'll be an active OR RN for ORA at both our Crow Valley Surgery Center & Quad City Ambulatory Surgery Center. You'll perform nursing activities in the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases of the patient's surgical experience. In addition to providing nursing care to the patient in the operating room during orthopedic surgical procedures and assisting the surgical team as needed, you'll address patient needs during admission, provide comfort and reassurance to the patient, and explain the intraoperative phase routine procedures and care to the patient. ORA holds all of our staff members accountable for providing high level care, maintaining patient confidentiality and complying with all HIPAA rules and regulations. As a member of our ASC team, you're actively involved in surgical cases that make a significant difference in the lives of our patients.
