Job summary

SCA Health in Pinehurst, NC is seeking an experienced perioperative nurse to join our team. You will assess patient status, develop perioperative care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with OR/medical-surgical experience is required. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications as appropriate. We offer competitive hourly pay ($34–$39/hr) and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• One year of OR and/or medical/surgical nursing experience preferred.
• Current state nursing licensure in good standing.
• BLS within 90 days of employment or current certification.
• ACLS within 90 days of employment or current certification.
• PALS required when pediatric care is part of the facility scope within 90 days.
• Perioperative Nursing certification preferred.

• Successful completion of Pediatric Advance Life support (PALS) course is required when pediatric care is included in the facility scope of services within 90 days of employment or documentation of current PALS certification.


• Specialty certification in Perioperative Nursing is preferred.
