Responsibilities

• Promote the mission, vision, and values of SCA.
• Assess patient status throughout the perioperative episode of care.
• Develop individualized perioperative patient care plans.
• Serve as a member of a multidisciplinary team in planning perioperative patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum 1 year of OR circulating experience required.
• Current state nursing licensure in good standing.
• Successful completion of Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of employment or current certification.
• Successful completion of Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 90 days of employment or current certification.
• Completion of Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) if pediatric care is included, within 90 days of employment or current certification.
• Specialty certification in Perioperative Nursing is preferred.

Compensation ranges from USD $49.00 to $55.00 per hour.
