The registered nurse (RN) in the surgical department at CARIN Alliance provides patient-centered care before, during, and after surgery. Responsibilities include evaluation, education, preparation, and adherence to surgical protocols such as site verification and emergency response.

They assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, collaborating with surgeons, technologists, and providers to optimize outcomes across the perioperative continuum.

Formación

• RN license with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• ACLS certification within six months of hire.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate critical thinking, and collaborate effectively.
• Comfort with on-call responsibilities during non-business hours.
