Job summary

Florida Orthopaedic Institute Surgery Center - Temple Terrace is hiring a Registered Nurse Operating Room Circulator with a 4x10 schedule and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. This ambulatory surgery center emphasizes orthopedic, ENT, spine and related specialties and seeks an experienced Circulator to position, prep and circulate cases.

The RN Circulator will work in a fast-paced OR, ensuring patient safety and efficient case flow.

Qualifications

• Florida RN license
• BLS/ACLS/PALS as required by the center
• 1 year of OR circulator experience or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Position the patient, prep the patient, and circulate the surgical case.
• Provide nursing care and support during surgery in Orthopedics, ENT, General, GI, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Pain, Plastic, Podiatry and Urology procedures.

Registered Nurse Operating Room Circulator at Florida Orthopaedic Institute Surgery Center - Temple Terrace

The Registered Nurse Circulator provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The Circulating RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case. Experienced in surgical procedures in the following specialties: Orthopedics, ENT, General, GI, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Pain, Plastic, Podiatry, and Urology.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
• Active RN license in the state
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center
• A minimum of 1 year experience working as a Circulator
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment
