Job summary

Florida Orthopaedic Institute Surgery Center-Citrus Park in Tampa is hiring an Operating Room Registered Nurse to provide circulator coverage, position patients, and prep cases during surgery.

The RN Circulator supports multiple specialties, must have an accredited RN degree, active Florida RN license, and BLS/ACLS/PALS as required, with at least 1 year of circulator experience; a commitment to nursing judgment and patient safety is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state of Florida.
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center.
• A minimum of 1 year experience working as a Circulator.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.

Responsibilities

Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) at Florida Orthopaedic Institute Surgery Center-Citrus Park

The Registered Nurse Circulator provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The Circulating RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case. Experienced in surgical procedures in the following specialties: if applicable
