Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Surgicare - North Garland is a premier outpatient surgical center in North Garland, TX. The Registered Nurse Operating Room Circulator will position, prep, and circulate cases across multiple specialties with a focus on patient safety and efficient workflow.

The role requires an RN license, 1+ year OR experience, and adherence to unit protocols, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no on-call obligations. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered to qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.

Responsibilities

• Position the patient, prep the patient, and circulate the case during surgery.
• Work across specialties including Orthopedic Surgery, ENT, GI, Podiatry, Pain Management, Plastic Surgery, Urology, Gynecology, Colon and Rectal Surgery, and General Surgery.
• Provide nursing care and service during surgical cases.

Registered Nurse Operating Room Circualtor at Baylor Scott & White Surgicare - North Garland

The Registered Nurse Operating Room provides nursing care and service during surgical cases. The Operating Room RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case. Experienced in surgical procedures in the following specialties: Orthopedic Surgery, ENT, GI, Podiatry, Pain Management, Plastic Surgery, Urology, Gynecology, Colon and Rectal Surgery, and General Surgery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
• Active RN license in the state
