Baylor Scott & White Surgicare - North Garland is hiring a Registered Nurse Operating Room Circulator to join a multi-specialty outpatient surgery center with six operating rooms.

Position requires weekdays only — no holidays, weekends, nights or calls, offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits. The OR Circulator will assist with positioning, prepping and circulating cases across orthopedic, ENT, GI, urology and more, with a focus on compassionate, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program and active RN license in Texas.
• Current BLS, ACLS, or PALS certification as required.
• Minimum 1 year of OR nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Position, prep, and circulate surgical cases across multiple specialties.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and sterile technique.

Registered Nurse Operating Room Circualtor at Baylor Scott & White Surgicare - North Garland

The Registered Nurse Operating Room provides nursing care and service during surgical cases. The Operating Room RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case. Experienced in surgical procedures in the following specialties: Orthopedic Surgery, ENT, GI, Podiatry, Pain Management, Plastic Surgery, Urology, Gynecology, Colon and Rectal Surgery, and General Surgery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
• Active RN license in the state
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center
• A minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment
