Job summary

UMass Memorial Health in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room to deliver high‑quality patient care from admission to discharge. You will assess patients, develop care plans, coordinate discharge planning and supervise others within your unit.

The role is full‑time, non‑exempt, 40 hours per week with day shift hours. A Massachusetts nursing license and BLS are required; ACLS is preferred or must be current. A signing bonus may be available.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts nursing licensure and registration.
• BLS is required for every RN unless ACLS is current.
• Preferred: BSN

II. Position Qualifications

License/Certification/Education:

• Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration.
• BLS is a requirement for every RN unless advance cardiac life support (ACLS) certification is current, in addition to any unit specific certifications and competencies.
• Preferred : Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing highly preferred.

Experience/Skills:

• Thorough knowledge of the discipline of Nursing.

Hiring Range: $38.65 - $78.34 Please note that the final offer may vary within this range based on a candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.

Schedule Details: Holidays - No More Than Every Third Holiday, Monday through Friday, On Call - Required
