Job summary

A state-of-the-art surgery center in Dedham, MA is seeking an Operating Room Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and coordinate patient care for the surgical process. Candidates must have a current Massachusetts nursing licensure and ACLS certification, with two years of orthopedic experience preferred. Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts nursing licensure.

• Two years OR experience, orthopedic background required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient care from admission to discharge.

New England Baptist Surgery Center is a state‑of‑the‑art surgery center providing comprehensive orthopedic care for a range of ambulatory services, including total joint surgery and pain management procedures. We have 8 operating rooms and 25 pre‑and post‑operative bays.

Position Summary

The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and coordinating patient care from admission to discharge. The Registered Nurse is responsible for the achievement of patient outcomes through implementation of critical pathways and in accordance with the mission of the center.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts nursing licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification (ACLS preferred).
