Role Summary:

The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care across the patient lifecycle, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain practice standards, coordinate patient care activities, and ensure quality nursing services within organizational policies.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from a nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• New graduates eligible; hospital experience preferred; at least 1 year hospital experience for PRN roles.
• Valid RN license in the relevant state and BCLS certification required.
• Additional certifications may be required based on specialty, such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, or Dialysis certification.

Skills & Certifications:

Strong clinical skills, adherence to safety protocols, ability to coordinate care, and obtain specialty certifications within required timeframes.
