Concentra, Inc. is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a PRN role at our onsite clinic in American Falls, ID. The position supports patient care, phlebotomy, drug screening, and documentation in a fast-paced occupational health setting.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, an active RN license, and at least 1 year of occupational health experience. Shifts run Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with pay range $40–$50 per hour.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
  • Current state RN license required.
  • 1 year of occupational health nursing experience preferred.
  • UDS, BAT, PFT, FIT certifications may be required or completed on site.

Responsibilities

  • Escort patients to exam room and prepare for examination.
  • Draw blood and prepare paperwork for lab pickup.
  • Perform urine drug screens and ensure proper chain of custody.
  • Maintain clean and stocked exam, lab, and treatment rooms.
  • Assist with medical record maintenance and confidentiality of health information.
  • Dispense medications as directed and per state regulations.
  • Assist with front office duties such as check-in/check-out and record processing.
  • Operate clinical equipment and perform ancillary testing as ordered.

Onsite Innovations is now hiring an experienced and self-driven Registered Nurse (RN) for a PRN position. This role will provide healthcare support at our onsite healthcare clinic located at our client's distribution center in American Falls, ID.
Coverage Opportunities (as needed): Monday - Friday 6AM-2:30PM
Pay Range: $40-50/hr
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
THE DETAILS
Escorts patients to exam room, prepares patients for examination and treatment and assists the practitioner, as requested
Draws blood and prepares appropriate paperwork for laboratory pick-up
Performs urine drug screens, using proper chain of custody; ensures preparation for pick-up and shipment to appropriate laboratory
Maintains exam rooms, lab area and treatment rooms clean and stocked, maintaining inventory of supplies and re-orders as needed
Assists in medical record maintenance by keeping health, administrative, and program records onsite, safeguarding confidentiality of employee health information
Performs front office clerical duties such as answering telephones, check-in, check-out and record processing
Dispenses medications as directed by practitioner and in accordance with state regulations
Maintains and operates all clinical equipment, including calibration and record keeping in accordance with current policy and procedures
Performs ancillary testing and tasks as ordered by the Center Medical Director ( PFT, EKG, injections, audiograms, blood draws) in accordance with established policies and procedures
