Job summary

Concentra is seeking an experienced Onsite Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time role at our client site in Anderson, SC. You will support employee health, wellness and safety with occupational health nursing responsibilities.

Schedule options include Monday–Friday 2PM–10PM or 10PM–6AM, or Monday–Thursday 2PM–12AM. A $3,000 hiring bonus is offered. Concentra provides competitive benefits within a national health care network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• Occupational health experience preferred; COHN certification desired.
• At least 1 year of experience in occupational health nursing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Observe, assess and record patients' symptoms and progress.
• Develop and manage nursing care plans and educate patients and families.
• Provide nursing and first aid services at the client site according to Concentra policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Observe, assess and record patients' symptoms, reactions and progress
• Develop and manage nursing care plans, instruct patients and their families in proper care and help individuals and groups take steps to improve or maintain their health
• Provide nursing and first aid services to employees and people who are ill or injured on our clients' premises in accordance with Concentra policies, practices, procedures, and applicable regulations to achieve occupational health and safety services objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university or Graduate of an accredited Registered nursing program
• Current registration/license in the state where employed
• Previous occupational health experience is highly preferred; COHN is requested
• Customarily at least one year of demonstrated experience in occupational health nursing or related field
