BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. in Middlesex County, New Jersey is seeking a Registered Nurse for private duty skilled nursing. You will deliver compassionate, high-quality care in clients' homes, with autonomy and collaboration with families.

The role offers flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, per diem), weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) with company match. Travel to client homes near you and ongoing training support.

What makes private duty nursing different than home health visits?

• Traditional shifts (4’s, 8’s, 10’s or 12’s)
• Hands-on care with only one client per day
• Building client relationships and watching their milestones

Qualifications for a private duty Registered Nurse:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay up to $39/hr based on qualifications
• Flexible scheduling with no minimums (full-time, part-time, per diem)
