Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN), holds a valid RN license, and has current BLS and ACLS certifications or obtains them within 90 days.
Ability to work effectively in a team, adapt to diverse patient needs, and demonstrate strong clinical and communication skills.
This role includes a sign-on bonus for experienced RNs, no contractual obligation, and is based on a 23-bed oncology unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 6:1.
