Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) is seeking a qualified RN for a Med Surg unit focusing on oncology, blood disorders, and diabetes care. You will provide compassionate nursing, build a solid clinical foundation, and gain exposure to a variety of conditions and procedures.

Join a team that supports cross-training across specialties and offers a sign-on bonus for experienced RNs, with a 6:1 nurse-to-patient ratio on a 23-bed unit.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN/ADN/BSN).
• Valid RN license with current BLS and ACLS or obtain within 90 days.
• Ability to work effectively in a team with strong clinical and communication skills.
