If your traveler has worked for any Providence affiliated facility as permanent staff, they must be separated from the health system for a minimum of 3 months to qualify for a travel contract.

Floating required to other SCI campuses if census is low.

Chemo certification preferred. Minimum experience required: 2 years. Screen for less than 2 years of experience.

Screen for first-time traveler experience; will accept if chemo experience and organization are strong or if there is outpatient chemo experience.

Patient Diagnosis includes outpatient oncology with chemotherapy infusion appointments, all oncology patients, radiation, chemotherapy, and bone marrow biopsies.

Special Procedures involve outpatient MDs in clinic to support infusion needs.

Require acute care med-surg onc experience. Outpatient onc experience is preferred and should include extensive chemo experience.

Procedures include drains, feeding tubes, PICC/Central Lines, Port-A-Cath/Vascular Device Access/Care, syringe pumps, and triple lumen catheters.

Chemo certification is preferred.

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)

Overtime Multiplier: 1.3 for total hours over 40 per week

Call Back and Holiday pay: 1.3%

Observed Holidays include New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, MLK, and Christmas, with specific times noted.
