An Oncology Nurse is a compassionate and highly skilled healthcare professional who specializes in caring for patients with cancer. They play a crucial role in providing medical treatment, emotional support, and education to patients and their families throughout the cancer journey, from diagnosis to treatment and beyond.
Oncology nurses administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other cancer treatments while closely monitoring patients for side effects and complications.
