Northshore Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Oncology Registered Nurse to provide specialized inpatient and home health nursing care within our oncology department. You will develop and monitor personalized care plans, assess patient conditions, and advocate for patients and families.

Responsibilities include implementing and updating care plans, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, translating physician orders into actions, and helping with discharge planning to ensure safe

Qualifications

• Valid RN license from the Kansas Board of Nursing.
• BLS certification within 1 month of hire (AHA or Red Cross accepted).
• Diploma from accredited nursing school or equivalent licensure.
