Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate care effectiveness.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other staff in delivering care.
