Job summary

Vivie is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for an on-call role in Minnesota. The position features a minimum of 3 shifts per month, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with hourly pay of $32.50–$38.50 based on experience and location.

The role focuses on leading clinical teams, coordinating care plans, and delivering compassionate patient care to residents at Vivie, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota.
• CPR within 6 months of hire.
• Experience in long-term care, acute care, or rehabilitation preferred.
• Proficient in English with strong communication abilities.
• Ability to pass state background check and physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical operations and care standards.
• Deliver direct patient care.
• Build relationships and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
