Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with current license in good standing.
• Hospice or palliative care experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage in-home visits.

Responsibilities

• Triage after-hours calls and arrange urgent visits.

• Manage pain and symptoms and administer medications.
• Educate patients and families; maintain timely documentation of care.
