Are you a healthcare professional passionate about delivering exceptional occupational health services? Join ATI, where you’ll lead a dedicated team supporting employees at client locations through medical surveillance, physicals, and injury care. Why Join ATI Worksite Solutions?

At ATI, you’ll join a team at the forefront of musculoskeletal (MSK) care:

  • Community Impact: Through the ATI Foundation, we support individuals with physical disabilities in our communities.

Responsibilities

As an Occupational Health provider, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality employee care, driving injury prevention, and ensuring efficient clinical operations through collaboration with the Early Intervention and Safety Team. In this position, you will:

  • Evaluate and treat injuries and illnesses and critically think using your clinical experience to conduct a range of risk and health assessments, to include appropriate documentation and follow‑up.

  • Provide episodic care for non‑occupational injuries and illnesses.

  • Execute program workflows, protocols and procedures including emergency response, internal and external care referrals, return to work, stay at work, restriction management, and support of client Leave of Absence (LOA) management.

  • Provide preventative and restorative services and education to employees by engaging employees or dispatching an early interventions specialist to provide job coaching, ADL coaching, mobility coaching, and workstation assessments.

  • Prepare ergonomic, injury intervention, injury treatment, surveillance, and FMLA/ADA reports.

The duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned to the employee from time to time; or the scope of the job may change as necessitated by business demands.
