Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System is hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse for the Clinical Support Team (OB Float Pool) to support labor/delivery, postpartum, and NICU services across Boise, Nampa, and Ontario, OR hospitals. Shifts are 12 hours (night/day) with self-scheduling and rotating shifts.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year inpatient RN experience, OB/L&D/NICU experience preferred, and must obtain Idaho (and Oregon within 90 days) licenses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year inpatient RN experience; LD/OB/NICU preferred.
• Idaho RN license required prior to start; Oregon license required within 90 days.
• BLS/HCP certification required.
• ACLS and NRP required or obtained within six months of hire date.
• PALS, STABLE and NCC-EFM certifications required or obtained within one year of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Care for mother/baby within labor/delivery, postpartum, and NICU teams.
• Support OB Float Pool as part of the Clinical Support Team.
• Work with 12-hour shifts; cross-day self-scheduling.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.

We are looking to hire a Full-Time Registered Nurse for our Clinical Support Team as part of our newly formed OB Float Pool! This position will support Saint Alphonsus Health System at our Boise, Nampa, and Ontario Oregon hospitals.

General Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an inpatient RN, experience in LD/OB/NICU preferred.
• RN license in the state of Idaho required prior to start. If multistate required to notify Idaho Board of Nursing in 60 days of residency.
• RN license in the state of Oregon required within 90 days of start date.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support for HealthCare Provider (BLS/HCP) certification
• ACLS and NRP required or obtained within six months of hire date
• PALS, STABLE and NCC-EFM certifications required or obtained within one year of hire date
