Aspirus Medford Clinic is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our clinic team in Medford, WI. Full-Time or .8 FTE with 64 hours every pay period and weekday day shifts. We value compassion, accountability and collaboration as core guiding principles of care.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate degree in nursing (Bachelor's preferred), an active RN license in Wisconsin or Michigan, and BLS certification. One year RN experience is preferred. Generous benefits and PTO from day one.

Qualifications

• Requires RN license active in Wisconsin and/or Michigan.
• BLS/CPR certification required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum of one year RN experience preferred.
• Associate degree in nursing is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in a clinic setting.
• Assess patient conditions and develop care plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient information accurately in the medical record.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Associate degree in nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Certification in specialty desired.
• Minimum of one year practicing as a RN preferred.
• Possesses an active Wisconsin and/or Michigan RN nursing license.
• Maintains specialty certification as per department scope of service.
• Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire - All clinical personnel in identified job codes are required to maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) training through independent study, manikin, and knowledge testing. An acceptable BLS training program is the Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider course from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross Professional Rescuer Program with AED.
• Additional required certifications are defined within the department/clinic's scope of service.
