Endeavor Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Labor and Delivery/Postpartum unit in Highland Park, IL. Full-time 36 hours/week, 1900-0730 with weekend rotation. Eligible for a $25,000 sign-on bonus after 18 months LDRP experience.

You will provide safe nursing care, use the nursing process, supervise unlicensed staff, coordinate with the care team, and contribute to safety and patient experience. Requires NLN-accredited program, IL license, BLS, and 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualificações

• NLN-accredited nursing program is required.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required (American Heart Association).
• Current IL nursing license.
• Minimum 1 year of acute care or LDRP experience.
• Labor and delivery/post-partum experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in the LDRP
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care
• Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience

Hourly Pay Range:

$37.25 - $57.74 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Sign on Bonus:

$25,000: To be eligible for the sign on bonus, must have 18 months of LDRP experience.

• Position: Registered Nurse -Nursery and Post-Partum


• Location: Highland Park, IL


• Full Time/Part Time: Full time, 36 hours per week


• Hours: 1900--0730, with weekend rotation


• On Call: per unit requirements 12 hours per 6 week schedule


• Required Travel: Float to Post-Partum Evanston Hospital

What you will do:

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in the LDRP

What you will need:

• Education: Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred

• Certification: BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required ( American Heart Association)


• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required


• Experience: 1 year of acute care nursing experience or 1 year labor and delivery/post-partum experience preferred


• Unique or Preferred Skills: Labor and Delivery/post-partum experience
