Responsibilities

The nurse will provide care tailored to the age-related needs of patients across the pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric spectrum. This includes consideration of developmental and psychosocial needs, ensuring environmental safety, addressing educational requirements, understanding communication styles, and assessing levels of understanding. The nurse will access only the minimum amount of information necessary to care for the patient, ensuring privacy and confidentiality.
