The VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System is recruiting for a full-time Registered Nurse - Nurse Manager. This position will serve as the Nurse Manager for Long-Term Care, WCT 2, within Patient Care Nursing Service.

Key Responsibilities

The Nurse Manager duties include but are not limited to: Lead a 37-bed post-acute skilled/rehab neighborhood with more than 50 staff members. Oversee survey readiness efforts and develop action plans to maintain compliance. Manage human resources matters, including staffing concerns and related tasks. Provide operational and administrative oversight, such as scheduling, record-keeping, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Serve as the primary liaison between nursing staff and hospital administration, communicating essential information, coordinating with other departments, and representing the nursing unit across the organization.
