Position: Registered Nurse Non-Acute (Per Diem)

The Registered Nurse Non-Acute functions as a caregiver for a specific patient population to achieve desired outcomes. This position focuses on expanding knowledge and skills, providing effective direct care as part of the interdisciplinary team to a variety of complex patients. The nurse directs and oversees care provided by other caregivers through delegation, validation, evaluation, and coordination. Additionally, this role involves coordinating patient care and unit activities among nursing peers, physicians, and support services.

This is a Per Diem position based in an office with 4 Pediatricians. It requires availability for 2 days per week, with occasional coverage for vacations and sick calls.
