Job summary

Shippenville Nursing and Rehab is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Nighttime Supervisor to lead our dedicated care team and ensure residents receive attentive, high-quality care during night shifts. You will supervise and mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, coordinate staffing, and uphold safety and patient satisfaction.

About the Role:

• Registered Nurse Nighttime Supervisor (RN): Oversee the daily operations of our healthcare team, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention.

• Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate and effective care.

• Quality Care: Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including therapy, dietary, and social services, to ensure a holistic approach to care.

Responsibilities:

• Clinical Leadership: Provide direct patient care, supervise and delegate tasks to team members, and ensure that care plans are executed effectively.
