Job summary

MGA Homecare is hiring a Registered Nurse for night shifts in Texas. Join a team that emphasizes meaningful one-on-one patient care, clinical autonomy, and support from Nurse Case Managers and Client Service Managers.

You will provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, monitor conditions, administer treatments, educate families, and maintain precise documentation while enjoying flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within a supportive home-health environment.

Qualifications

• Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with each patient's individualized plan of care.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team.
