Centurion Health operates healthcare services in correctional facilities and is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse at Wakulla Correctional Institution- Annex in Crawfordville, Florida. The RN provides nursing care, conducts health assessments, administers medications, documents care, and coordinates with doctors, behavioral health professionals, and correctional staff.

Nights shift 7PM–7:30AM; rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing required.
• Active RN license or ability to obtain one.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to incarcerated patients, including health assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document care and coordinate with interdisciplinary team.
• Lead group classes for incarcerated patients as needed.

Pay Rate: $40-$46/hrCenturion is proud to be the provider of medical and mental health services to the Florida Department of Corrections.We are currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our team at Wakulla Correctional Institution- Annex located in Crawfordville, Florida.The Registered Nurse (RN) (Medical) is responsible for providing nursing care to incarcerated patients, including conducting health assessments, administering medications and treatments, providing patient education, documenting care, and coordinating with other members of the interdisciplinary team.
