Interim HealthCare is hiring a Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home direct patient care under the prescribed plan of care. You will monitor progress, administer medications, document vitals, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Education: Associate degree in Nursing (AND) or Associate of Applied Science in Nursing (AAS) required.
• Licensure: Current unrestricted RN license in the state of position.
• Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification.
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites/work locations.
• Trach and/or ventilator experience preferred, not required.

• Administer medication, insulin, and IV/fluids; document thoroughly.
• Inspect and care for wounds, change dressings, assist with personal hygiene.

• Collaborate with providers and health professionals to ensure patient outcomes.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will:

• Providein-homedirect patient care according to theprovider'sprescribed plan of care (and nursingscope of practice) while closely monitoring progress/recovery.

• Licensure: Current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state associated with this position
• Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification

• Practical trach and/or ventilator experience preferred, not required
