Job summary

Main Line Health seeks a STAT Nurse for the Neonatal ICU to provide coverage across Lankenau Medical Center, Bryn Mawr Hospital, Paoli Hospital and Riddle Hospital. The role supports a System Travel Agility Team with a 7pm–7:30am, 3x12-hour shift pattern and every third weekend.

Requirements include 5+ years NICU nursing, RN Diploma/ASN (BSN preferred), and PA RN license or multi-state license via the Nursing Licensure Compact; BLS preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license (PA) or multi-state license via compact
• Minimum 5 years of NICU nursing experience
• BLS certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage and direct patient care in NICU across Main Line Health Hospitals
• Support System Travel Agility Team with flexible scheduling and rotations
• Engage in committees, precepting, and clinical ladder opportunities

System Travel Agility Team: STAT Nurse

Shift:

7pm-7:30am, 3x12 hour shifts per week with an every third weekend requirement

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in NICU nursing required.

Education:

1. RN Diploma, ASN required.

2. BSN preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:

1. PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.

2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
