Job summary

AdventHealth in Tampa, FL seeks an RN for PRN Night shifts to provide comprehensive patient assessments, create and implement care plans, and administer treatments. You will monitor responses and educate patients and families, ensuring top-quality care in a high-acuity setting.

Requirements include an Associate Degree in Nursing, Florida RN license, and BLS CPR certification. BSN preferred; PRN, nights, and weekend scheduling may apply.

Qualifications

• RN with Florida license and BLS CPR certification.

Schedule: PRN Nights

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on health status and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions, adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies. * Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
