Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL, is hiring a NICU RN for a Level III 35-bed unit. This full-time night position runs 7 PM–7 AM with every third weekend and rotating holidays, including occasional float to Peds/PICU and Mother-Baby.

The role requires an ADN or higher in Nursing, IL RN licensure, BLS, NRP within six months, and 1+ year NICU experience. A $25,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates.

• Associate Degree in Nursing with plan to obtain a Bachelor's within 5 years.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Illinois.
• At least 1 year of experience in Level III/IV NICU.
• BLS certification from AHA.
• NRP certification within 6 months of start date.

Hourly Pay Range

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

Position Highlights

• Sign On Bonus: $25,000 for candidates with at least 18 months of experience within NICU clinical specialty (with parameters)
• Level III neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) 35 bed unit with strong family centered care and single room setup
• Location: Naperville, IL
• Full time - 36 hours/week
• Hours: Nights 7 PM - 7 AM including every 3rd weekend rotation and rotating holidays
• Travel Required: Occasional floating into Peds/PICU, SCN and Mother Baby

What You Will Need

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
• If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date (effective September 1, 2021)
• At least 1 years of experience in Level III/IV NICU setting
• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
• Current BLS through AHA
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certification (NRP) within six months of start date into position
