This role supports NICU teams with clinical education, patient care guidance, and competency coaching for bedside nurses in Level III/IV units. The position welcome nurses with NICU or related education experience.

Qualifications

• ADN/ASN degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Carseat testing, Catheter insertion/maintenance, Clinical Educator, Clinical Instructor, Cooling, Diabetes educator, ECMO, ETT/ventilator management, NICU Level III, NICU Level IV, NRP certified, Nursing Professor, Preceptor, or Tube feeding management.
