Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center - Opening in 2025!
When open in early 2025, Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center GW Health will be the first new full-service hospital in Washington, DC in more than 20 years. It will integrate clinical care with community providers, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), The George Washington University Hospital, and an Urgent Care Center in Ward 8. The hospital will feature 136 beds (expandable to 184), a verified trauma center, emergency departments for adults and children, maternal health and newborn delivery services, an outpatient pavilion, a 500-car garage, and a helipad.
We are seeking an experienced NICU Registered Nurse (Full Time-Day shift). The ideal candidate will provide intensive care to critically ill or premature newborns, monitor vital signs, administer medications, perform procedures like intubation or IV placements, coordinate care with the medical team, and educate parents about their baby's condition and care needs. The focus is on complex medical needs of newborns requiring specialized NICU care.
