Job summary

The VIOS Clinic is seeking a Night Shift RN for our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Washington. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to critically ill newborns within a multidisciplinary team.

You will monitor infant status, implement care plans, document findings, and support families, while meeting safety standards and participating in ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Washington RN license and BLS certification.
• NRP certification within 90 days of hire.
• At least 1 year of acute care experience in a related patient population or completion of a specialty residency.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in a high-acuity setting.
• Monitor, assess, and support vulnerable infants using neonatal knowledge.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure safety, quality, and clinical standards compliance.
