Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (1900–0730)
Full-Time: 3x12-hour shifts

Provide direct nursing care to stable and critically ill neonates in the NICU
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
Administer medications, IV therapy, and manage ventilatory support
Monitor patient status, interpret labs, and respond to clinical changes and emergencies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and support family-centered care
Educate and support families throughout hospitalization and discharge
Document care accurately and maintain unit safety and quality standards
Delegate and supervise ancillary staff as appropriate; float to Pediatrics when needed
BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications (Required)
Associate Degree in Nursing (Required); BSN preferred
Minimum 2 years NICU experience (Level III or higher required)
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical thinking skills
Experience attending neonatal resuscitations/deliveries
