Sentara Leigh Hospital in Norfolk, VA is recruiting newly graduated Registered Nurses into a dedicated Nurse Residency Program. You will spend six months gaining hands-on experience under seasoned preceptors across six areas: Medical-Surgical, Intermediate Care, Critical Care, Emergency, Operating Room, and Women's Health.

Candidates should graduate from an accredited RN program, hold or be eligible for a Virginia RN license, and have less than one year of RN practice.
