USPI is hiring a Registered Nurse New Grad to deliver continuous and quality nursing care with continual patient assessment, safety, and privacy. The role involves assisting physicians in procedure rooms, using conscious sedation and sterile techniques as appropriate, and delivering comprehensive care from anesthesia to discharge planning.
The position requires an accredited RN degree, active Florida RN license, BLS/ACLS (PALS if required), strong nursing judgment, and excellent communication.

The Registered Nurse New Grad provides continuity and quality nursing care for all patients, with continual evaluation of the patient's condition, providing patient safety, comfort, and privacy at all times. May assist the physicians in the procedure rooms with various tasks, including conscious sedation, and utilizing sterile techniques as deemed appropriate. Will provide total comprehensive patient care to patients emerging from general anesthesia and/or sedation; assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the patient and family in preparation for discharge
