The position requires RN licensure and either a nursing certificate/diploma or a BSN; 0–1 year psychiatric/medical experience is preferred. The department emphasizes recovery-oriented care and teamwork.

• Utilizes Recovery Oriented Framework to identify patient strengths.
• Performs point of care testing.

• Documentation reflects response to intervention, demonstrates an understanding of patients' response to treatment interventions.

• Modifies and individualizes Nursing Plan of Care and protocols.
