Shift: 1/7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $30.27 - $40.86 / hour
Unit Details: 52 Neuro Stroke PCU and 12-bed Neuro Stepdown
Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:4
Patient Care Focus: Stroke (Hemorrhagic and Ischemic), seizure patients, epilepsy diagnostics, general confusion, spinal surgeries, post-op care, alcohol withdrawal, and degenerative neuro conditions such as ALS and GBS.

Responsible for the safe delivery and documentation of patient care through the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Performs responsibilities across five areas of nursing practice: clinician, teacher, researcher, leader, and professional development. Collaborates with other disciplines to ensure effective patient care and outcomes. Supports the organization's vision and mission. Incorporates patient age and cultural diversity into care.
