Job summary

The VIOS Clinic in Washington, DC is seeking a Night Shift Registered Nurse to support a Level III/IV NICU, delivering evidence-based care to premature and critically ill newborns in a fast-paced academic medical setting.

You will collaborate with neonatologists and a multi-disciplinary team, participate in teaching and research activities, and provide education and support to families while delivering culturally responsive care to a diverse urban population.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure with strong NICU competencies.
• Proficiency in critical care monitoring, medication administration, and high-acuity support.
• Experience and confidence managing ventilators and invasive lines.
• Excellent communication and patient/family education skills.
• Team-oriented approach with strong clinical judgment in fast-paced environments.
