CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. in Texas City is seeking a Registered Nurse – Level IV Neonatal ICU to deliver advanced, evidence-based nursing care for critically ill newborns, including ventilation and high-acuity therapies.

You will assess neonates continuously, administer medications, coordinate care with neonatologists and the interdisciplinary team, and educate families with compassion. Adherence to safety, infection control, and quality improvement is essential.
