PruittHealth Corporation is seeking a Registered Nurse Navigator in Milton, FL to support residents with compassionate, patient-centered care and care coordination across the post-acute continuum.

The RN Navigator will collaborate with the care team, maintain compliance with licensure and professional standards, and contribute to ongoing professional development through merit-based growth opportunities and structured preceptorship.

Formación

• Active, current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
• 3 years professional nursing experience.
